We can often feel we are too busy to stop and meditate because our plates are full and there are so many distractions calling for our attention. But even 5 for 10 minutes a day can be extremely powerful, bringing us the calm and clarity we need to be confident, productive, and happy. So many times, my clients ask me for guidance and I always bring them back to the fact that in each of us is the answer–the divine guidance within.
Meditation brings illumination and answers when none seem apparent. The next steps are revealed when we slow down and trust the deep inner knowing. Businesses are teaching meditation and mindfulness because it has been shown to increase teamwork and cooperation. But on a personal level, the joy of living in the present and connecting with the soul is the greatest benefit. When we do, we see synchronicity and unexpected beautiful events unfold before our very eyes.
