Trust or Fear?
“Leading an Extraordinary Culture of Trust and Compassion†is a critically important and profoundly serious topic in today’s workplace and the world. As an author and speaker, I can give testament to the thousands in my audiences who recognize the great need for a change in the workplace culture—starting from the top. The Gallup Poll reports 70% of Americans are disengaged in the workplace, citing the “Boss from Hell†as the top reason.  In other words, leaders and managers who do not know how to manage people are the source of dissension and disengagement.  How can we change the culture of fear to trust and compassion?
