Countless young people enter the work force with enthusiasm, spirit, and fresh ideas to contribute to their organizations. Then they are gradually beaten down and indoctrinated, and finally become like the other egos, defending and pretending in an effort to survive with minimum damage.
These people’s inherent potential and talents, which could be utilized in growing businesses, are wasted. The employees begin to look around for another company or career, either because their family is complaining or their doctor orders a change to alleviate their stress.
What is the energy force that drives companies? Is it not the energy of its people?
What kind of leader are you? Do you empower those you lead? Do you energize or deplete the energy of those you work with? If you aren’t building and empowering the people you lead, you are stifling the growth, productivity, and profitability of your company or organization.
