Until one can unravel the drama in his or her own psyche, he or she cannot unwind the intertwined relationships in the workplace or anywhere. What is not inside us cannot be found outside us. The person who unravels this complex web within himself or herself can finally stop replaying the same role and step out of the drama of inter-reacting egos around them. This person can be called a leader.
