Workplace Culture Quiz
Ask yourself these questions:
- Does our culture allow mistakes and are people empowered to do their jobs?
- Do our leaders honor, respect, and genuinely support employees?
- Does my boss have my back?
- Do I feel my work is meaningful and appreciated?
- Do I feel like a belong and would be missed if not a a part of my team, etc.
- Are compassion and trust the basis of the culture?
- Is teamwork strong and based on clear, common goals?
- Is recognition and appreciation frequent, both privately and publicly?
- Are employees inspired, committed, and energized to do their work?
- Are leaders and employees personally responsible and not afraid to accept blame?
- Does our culture sincerely value the diversity in our workplace and does leadership
embody it? - Do employees feel free to contribute from their deepest creativity and insights?
- Can employees give feedback regarding problems, issues, etc. without fear of retaliation?
- Do our employees provide compassionate, efficient, warm-hearted service?
- Do I feel loyalty to this organization, or would I simply take another offer that persuades me to leave?
