1. Provide a model of transparency and integrity in all interactions; including meetings, one on one conversations, and all written and electronic communications.
2. Expect the same level of honesty from those you lead. Â Do not ignore or look the other way if you see any actions or behaviors that are not a reflection of the values of integrity and transparency.
3. Be approachable, accessible, and respectful of those you work with, both up and down the organizational chart.
