I am the author of a book, The Illuminated Workplace: Shining Light on Workplace Culture, which reveals the fear, pain and suffering in the workplace. I speak, give retreats, and coach on the inner path to enlightened leadership, which empowers and inspires others. My process, “A Personal Restoration Plan,” illuminates and brings forth the qualities of Universal Love, trust, compassion and respect that are so badly needed in today’s workplace.
I am dedicated to rebuilding relationships in the workplace by honoring the spirit in ourselves and others so that the artificial ego drama can be exposed and eliminated. When fear is replaced with trust and compassion, people everywhere can be restored to their true selves, their inner greatness.
Leaders can create an illuminated workplace culture empowering their employees in creativity, productivity, and innovation. By healing the workplace culture, the whole organization rises, and this starts with enlightened leadership. The Gallup Poll states that 70% of employees in the US are disengaged. This means they are not present, and they are not contributing from their full potential. My leadership process is a unique and personal path, requiring the courage to know oneself in order to lead, to build strong teams and inspire commitment.
My Program:
Each program I present is based on the individual needs of the leaders in the organization. I customize my programs based on requests, but I always share the BE LOVE for leadership. I clarify the difference between authentic leadership in contrast to artificial leadership which is based in fear. I find that sometimes the best way to understand leadership is to see what is NOT leadership. In my retreats and workshops, individuals discover their own blocks to authentic power. They learn how to face their own fears and insecurities so that their integrity, strength and inspiration arises.
My process called, The Personal Restoration Plan, is introspective and practical. Leaders will find the secrets to creating vibrant, elevated, high performing cultures. They will find illumination and inspiration coming from within. You cannot lead others if you don’t know yourself. My course helps individuals develop the qualities of true leadership–vision, courage, integrity, humility, and strength through my unique process. A strong, dedicated culture impacts the bottom line in a multiple of ways–loyalty, less turnover, innovation, and great customer service. An artificial leader depletes the energy, and therefore, the profits. Join me in this reflective and empowering process to enlightened leadership.
Revealing the underlying cause of the conflict and rivalry that occurs in so many organizations is the portal to being an engaging and inspiring leader. The breakdown of the team that we see in many organizations, stems from leaders who are not compassionate and authentic. The bottom line is increased by building up and energizing your organization through enlightened leadership. You cannot simply tell others what to do–you must be what you want them to be.
Leaders who do not truly embody the vision, mission, and values of their organization will deplete the energy of those they lead. Conversely, enlightened leaders who respect and honor their employees empower them to innovation, success, and great cultural synergy. The results from enlightened leadership cannot be achieved by artificial, ego-driven leaders. The inner path to enlightened leadership in my Personal Restoration Plan can change not only the workplace culture but the world itself, as we one by one are restored to our inner greatness, our true identities.

The Illuminated Workplace: Shining Light on Workplace Culture
Creating a workplace where people have freedom of choice leads to not only happier employees, but increased productivity, creativity and profitability.
Today’s workplace is often permeated with a web of egos battling and competing for power and validation, managers who dis-empower employees, and co-workers who hurt and sabotage one another. It can be fraught with internal competition, pain, gossip, worry, stress, insecurity and most insidious of all, a fear under-riding the relationships within the organization. How can teamwork and cooperation occur in an environment like this?
In The Illuminated Workplace I share the secrets to rebuilding relationships in the workplace so that people can be restored to their true identities, their inner spiritual greatness. My new book shares practical steps at the end of each chapter on how you can find freedom and satisfaction in the workplace no matter where you are on the organizational chart. Discover the secrets to personal happiness and harmony in the workplace.
Why Danna Beal? The problems and solutions in today’s workplace culture.
The problem for most disengaged employees is their boss. Gallup’s Chairman and CEO, Jim Clifton, states, “Here’s something they’ll probably never teach you in business school: The single biggest decision you make in your job– bigger than all of the rest– is who you name as managers.”
You Can Create a Workplace Culture Where:
- Trust and respect prevail
- People contribute at their full potential
- Your organization exceeds the strategic goals
- Communication is open, free and honest
- Everyone is engaged and productive
- Customer service is exceptional
- People enjoy going to work
- Teamwork is outstanding
Reading The Illuminated Workplace could just be the solution to bringing harmony and peace to the workplace. It’s an important book.
